Innovivi Centre of Excellence announces launch of SkyProgram. This is a unique program offered in collaboration with SkyDeck, University of California, Berkeley. Innovivi is a Global Partner of SkyDeck, University of California, Berkeley. Applications Deadline – 5th November 2018

Innovivi is a new Center of Excellence for innovation and entrepreneurship, with a special focus on women (Both men and women). As a social impact organization, we work with top trainers and partners from around the globe, with a focus on India and Silicon Valley.  Our hub is in central southern India, and we serve all regions of the country (including Tier 2 and Tier 3 rural areas).

Innovivi is a Global partner to SkyDeck, University of California, Berkeley, USA; First Global Social Impact Training Partner to Cloud Foundry, USA; Exclusive India Partner to Opportu, USA; Preferred India Channel Partner to Berkeley Innovation Index, USA, to name a few.  

SkyDeck was formed as a partnership between the Haas School of Business, the College of Engineering, and the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research at the University of California, Berkeley. It is an Accelerator Program that combines the consulting know-how of traditional accelerators with the vast resources of its research university to provide a practical, experience – based accelerator program for selected innovative startup companies.

The Sky Program is a joint effort with SkyDeck, where 4 individuals at a time will be coming to SkyDeck from India to have a one-month internship with one or more SkyDeck teams and have access to all of the SkyDeck events and trainings. They will also have access to other entrepreneurship – related events and resources on and off campus/ in Silicon Valley. Interns part of this program will receive a certificate from SkyDeck and Innovivi at the end.

The goals for the candidates are to immerse themselves in the Berkeley environment and Silicon Valley entrepreneurship, in hopes of either starting their own company or getting hired by a company (either in India or the U.S.) with their enhanced experience and skills. Innovivi selected candidates will be at least 50% female, and will have strong educational backgrounds and technical skills.

The first batch in the USA is starting 21st November 2018 until 20th December 2018. It is only open for Existing Visa holders (all categories).

Available Projects are in the following areas: Software Coding and Development, Data Analytics, User Interface Design, Graphic Design, Social Media Outreach/Marketing,  Blockchain Development, CRM and B2B Sales Outreach, Community Management, Hardware/Firmware Development, Business Development.

The first batch is only for existing US Visa holders.

  • Duration of the Program?

November 21st to December 21st, 2018

  • What costs are covered in the fees?

Only Travel is covered. Rest borne by the selected participant. Accommodation is not covered and is undertaken by the participant.

  • Can a family member/spouse/friend join the participant?

It is a one-month rigorous program and allows only the selected candidature.

  • What does the one month Internship program cover?
